That isn't what I meant by it at all, I've described in other comments here how I've found ways to make speaking easier for me. Nowhere did I suggest that I've resigned myself to stagnation, just that I'm not disillusioned into thinking that stuttering is some external thing that I can separate from the rest of myself.
