Seriously, I've been practicing with my dad for months, and I try something new every day. I've tried a bunch of stuff, but today I saw this thing about talking with pauses – like, you stop after each word, you know? You give each word its moment, whether you're talking normal or slow. And it worked great! The stuttering just vanished, even with those tricky letters. I'm sticking with it. Also, it helps not to tense up any muscles while you're talking. Hands, shoulders, and abdomen are the big ones. Gotta keep everything loose.
