Compartmentalise that shit bro! Your stutter doesn't define you, and it's not the reason you think people are ignoring you. Having a stutter can feel utterly debilitating, and there can be a tendency to conflate all your problems with it. Try visualising how you'd handle shit if you spoke fluently - would all your issues go away? Nope. Look, I understand it feels unfair. Shit, it is unfair. But are you gonna feel sorry for yourself forever just because you're embarrassed trying to say certain words? Or are you gonna just try harder to excel in every other aspect of your life? If your friends are shitty, make new ones. And if your contributions to the group chat are ignored, do what everyone else does and try harder to contribute something better next time. Work on the stuff you can improve that doesn't involve talking. Write, sing, draw, swim, build a sweet timber table, go volunteer at a hospice and clean up the shit and puke of the nearly dead, grow some vegetables. That being said, if you're actually depressed go see a shrink. Take care dude.
