Not sure if this helps in any way but I can almost completely hide my stutter if I avoid certain words at all costs (generally the beginning of sentences with specific sounds and syllable repetitions(words like tautology are my bane)). Building a vocabulary certainly helps and often you can fake forgetfulness or lead into harder words with 'er's and 'um's, or say 'what's the word' etc. Seems to work well for me as far as hiding my stutter is concerned. That I die a little inside each time I do this is a different issue. Also never talk to girls I like, somehow impossible to even say 'Hi' to them.
