It's already been said here, but you need to accept your stutter and just talk. The reason why a lot of people stutter is because every time they talk, they think "oh man, I might stutter," and sure as shit, they do. If you go into social situations with the mindset that you genuinely don't care if you stutter or not, you'll notice that you stutter much less, if at all. I know it's not as easy as just flipping a switch, but I can tell you that worked really hard to change my outlook on my stutter and I am much more fluent now.
