Right now with Joe Biden running for President is the perfect time to start a NATIONAL STUTTERING AWARENESS CAMPAIGN. Right now with Joe Biden running for the Presidential nomination it is the perfect time to start a national stuttering awareness campaign that will be in the national headlines and news for days to come. Nobody knows if Bernie Sanders will beat Joe so we have possibly a limited window to make this a national debate. Doing this can bring joy for the millions of stutterers who do not have a voice. Stutterers will be 1 step closer to being more accepted by society as a whole. I know that I especially when I was a kid would have definitely had more self esteem if stuttering was more widely understood by the general public and it was something that was not laughed at or ridiculed. Man.. The amount of times I came home crying that I couldn't say a single word... and then my epic breakdown during my first year of college...
