I have had people telling me they stutter too, when it's obviously they don't. Having problems pronouncing a word every now and then is not the same. I do that too sometimes (like everyone else) and there is a big difference between not being able to shuffle syllables correctly and flat out not being able to say anything at all due to blocks.
