Hi, another Eric here, actually my name is Lucas and I found this subreddit 4 hours ago and I am so glad I found this group! As for Eric it’s hard, I’m 22 and it’s not like a switch you flip, I will tell you but it’s like a process. With that being said don’t give up, and know that it’s you and that this is the thing that is part of you. As hard as it sounds it’s better to stop fighting it and accepting it. Keep on talking and don’t shy away from confrontation (conversations, presentation) because if you do that things will get worse and by that you will isolate yourself. Sometimes it sucks and it sucks for a while but you will get trough it!
