A book that helped me: Speak With No Fear I recently had to interview for an exciting new job opportunity and as a person with a stutter of course I was nervous about my speech. I’m 24 (F) and have found that the anxiety I have around my speech is the detriment of my speech itself. Practicing speaking with confidence and breathing exercises (staying calm) has helped me immensely. That being said, I prefer to utilize resources that aren’t specifically related to speech fluency. I listened to this audiobook “speak with no fear” in a day and it really helped me prep for my interview and speak with confidence. Check it out!
