Do you stutter worse in a different language? Has it gotten worse over time?

Do you stutter worse in a different language? Has it gotten worse over time? I speak English and French, with the latter being my first language. My motor ability (if you can call it that) to speak both languages has deteriorated steadily throughout the years but French has gotten so bad to the point I can barely speak it anymore. Almost every word ends up with a stutter or a block.
