I had moments of struggle today, when i blocked, avoided….there were plenty of those moments, not that anyone knew I also had moments, many more I have to acknowledge when I said what I wanted to say, felt strong, empowered… A typical day in many respects I feel lucky to have discovered this wonderful group of people.
