Hi, the wave of stutter, that is exactly how I've been my whole life. One month or two it's ok, I can barely notice it all, but the other month it's almost like I can't even speak to the closest and least intimidating people. You're 31, I'm 19, you kind of have more experience). But if it helps, here's my answer. When I notice myself in these valleys of stutter, which can last for months. I find it very helpful to do some CBT. By myself, not with a therapist. I try to lower my overall anxiety by challenging the anxious thoughts with logic, and reassuring my confidence in myself, also giving some hope. After a week or so of doing CBT everyday, plus doing breathing exercises, and reading out loud. I find myself, at least a bit less stuttery. That's my ultra professional advice. I'm from Ukraine btw
