It can be hard I get it. I commented the same thing on another post but this may help for interviews: I used to really suck at interviews when I first did them. Here are some things that helped me improve • ⁠on a document such as OneNote or Google docs, create a list of common questions and dot point answers, exactly how you would asnwer the question • ⁠practice in front of a picture on your computer screen of scary people sitting with suits on • ⁠practice with family and friends • ⁠keep doing interviews till you get more comfortable
