It can be hard I get it. I commented the same thing on another post but this may help for interviews: I used to really suck at interviews when I first did them. Here are some things that helped me improve • on a document such as OneNote or Google docs, create a list of common questions and dot point answers, exactly how you would asnwer the question • practice in front of a picture on your computer screen of scary people sitting with suits on • practice with family and friends • keep doing interviews till you get more comfortable
