I know what it feels like. I stutter too, not too bad, but it gets reallyyyyyy worse if im nervous. Funny thing is i study medicine so interacting with people and giving presentation is soon to be my daily job. I hate it tbh. Some days are good, i can speak without trouble. Some days are just bad, i stutter in every single words, my friends are laughing at me, my prof looks like he was gonna eat me alive. But i try to brush it off everytime i stutter. Some people are assholes, some arent. Leave the environment if it's not good for you. Maybe going to hypnotherapist or speech therapist will help ?
