That's really great! You're doing an amazing job at it I'm sure and yeah when I get asked some unexpected stuff my brain just doesn't register it and I don't even remember what they said or asked after the call and I'd have just said 'yeah that's fine' had they asked me if the matter had been solved, making me feel dumber because I just said yes without even realizing what they were saying. I know I'm not alone but what gets me frustrated is that my family or someone tells me so casually to call them up 'why don't you just call and find out' or 'order it from the resto' not realizing that I can't even feel my heart in my chest once the phone starts ringing and worse if they pick up the phone.
