You cannot be denied entry into the military based upon your speech impediment. However, you can be denied if another mental disorder stems itself such as extreme anxiety and they can diagnose you with it. I am currently a Navy Linguist, and the entire time I worked for it I've been hit with the "How? You stutter." Just work through it and you will make it.
