This is a slippery slope. Adderall/vyvanse can really mess with dopamine levels in the long term, especially if you’re not prescribed it for ADHD. It’s amphetamine and will definitely give you a sense of confidence and enhanced ability that you wouldn’t normal feel. This isn’t sustainable though and your body will adapt to it. You’ll develop a tolerance and soon will need more and more to get the same effects. I’ve been down this road experimenting with substances to gain fluency and they always ended up backfiring. That’s just my experience
