\>> 1.How old did you start suttering and how old were you when you stopped stuttering? I remember stuttering ever since I started talking. \>> 2.Did you start talking better eventually for a long period of time or it happend fast? My stuttering had brief periods of fluency. It was really bad during schooling especially high school. However, my stuttering isn't severe, just a couple words every few sentences. My speech got better after college and starting my career maybe in my late 20s. Most people at work don't know I stutter. I am not a closet stutterer and will still stutter openly, but it is infrequent. My wife also thinks i am cured, but nope, i still stutter. At work, i am put in leadership positions where I need to talk a lot, this helps me practice and more comfortable talking leading to less anxiety while talking. \>> 3.Did you go to any therapist or did exercies at home or you did nothing? Public school provided a Speech Therapist, didn't help. One seem plain rude to me. I got scammed into a stuttering workshop once also, didn't cure me. I did nothing except continue to live life. I have a good job as an engineer. I am a father and husband also. \>> 4.Do you have anxiety or it was gone along with stuttering? I still have anxiety of public talking. However, i still do public talking... My stuttering doesn't really bother me anymore it is infrequent enough that most around me won't know. 5.What do you reccomend to other stutters? Focus on living a good life that makes you happy. Don't focus on your speech too much. I know when i was younger, i dreamt of fluency and thought stuttering was the end of the world, but it wasn't. In my 40s, I realize that I have a great job, great family. I also made friends at every stage of my life.
