Do you hear sounds in your head?

Do you hear sounds in your head? When I blink or move my fingers etc (consciously) I hear a sound in my head, like in a cartoon. It's like I create a sound in my head for eveything that Im focusing on, so eveything has a sound assigned to it. Also when I only use my lips to say a sentence without saying it, I hear the sentence in my head. And when I see someone speak with no voice, if I can read their lips I can't stop hearing their sentence in my head. Is this normal? Is eveyone like that? And if so, can you guys stop it at will? I know it's a weird question but I'm just curious whether it has something to do with stuttering or not. Thanks
