The first five things that comes to my head for which I could be grateful for is the blessing of having supporting parents, a good visual and auditory memory, the ability to read and write, a comfortable bed to sleep on and a clear mind to think with. What do you have to be grateful for? I believe in the law of gratitude. If you try repelling a negative thought with a positive one - the past for the past and the future for the future - you'll soon attract forces of success in whatever you want to achieve
