Same here. Can't tell you how many times I've needed to call a bank or credit card company to inquire about something benign like getting a replacement card, and when I'm asked to verify my identity by saying my own name, i get a massive block or high intensity stutter and they promptly transfer me to security. Clearly bc they think my inability to say my own name means I'm sketchy or a nervous fraudster. Ugh
