I feel like you’re just arguing semantics in an effort to out group Musk.  If a parent comes to you with someone like a teenage Musk and asks to help them then sure you’d say “actually they don’t stutter they’re just disfluent.” But surely you’d still counsel them and give them speech therapy right? I get there are subjective differences (not that them being subjective means they don’t matter) between disfluency and stuttering but I feel like you’re just gaslighting here.  Like if someone is highly distressed because they can only articulate like musk and it negatively affects their life you’re not going to say “well technically you’re JUST disfluent so you don’t have it as bad as the others”?
