There is nothing "normal" about not being able to communicate. We already went over that those jobs that don't require talking usually pay next to nothing and nobody can live on ten dollars an hour. My impediment is holding me back from getting a satisfying job because it seems car sales is the only place you can make a decent living without an education. And I would make a piss poor salesman if I can not say one sentence without choking up and blocking.
