Yep, I took a 3 day intensive course in 2020 just before the lockdowns, along with at least 10 other stutters. And by the end of the course everyone had made really good improvements. But you have to keep working at the techniques and making phone calls to get used to the weapons and techniques. They also have support group meetings every two weeks in person that helps a lot. The initial course isn’t cheap but it’s worth it for the lifetime of help you’ll receive from fellow graduates of the programme. They have been on television here in the uk, I’m sure you’ll find them online somewhere. If you are skeptical about the cost just look at the reviews online and you can buy their book to see how it works and try it out before you do an intensive course. I highly recommend the McGuire programme, you just need to put in the time and effort and you’ll definitely become a fluent speaker eventually. Feel free to direct message if you have any questions :)
