Yes, stuttering on purpose. It gives you confidence and control over your Stutter, and more importantly reduces the fear of stuttering in front of others. The idea is if the stutter doesn't bother you then the speech will improve accordingly. This opened my eyes to the fact that most people don't have a negative perception of Stuttering and most people know someone who stutters.
