1.To piggyback on what pinknuttah mentioned. I particularly use . “Hi, my namess Erik. “ A little extra on the “s” pronunciation so I can slide into my “e” sounding name. Which is a trigger for me. 2. I also try to initiate the coworker introduction, on my terms. I walk up to the person and introduce myself, and I try to add a few funny words. Its tougher for me when I’m placed on the spot and not aware if someone is coming. Lol
