Yeah go for it tell her you love her and see what she thinks and be confident about it, put on a happy face. I don't understand why you say you don't wanna "embarrass" her though. Do you think your stutter would embarrass her? You are not supposed to think that way or she will see you as "not-confident/insecure" and no one wants that. Just go to her as a normal person looking for love. I have been loved by a few girls regardless of my stutter. You will be loved too.
