This happend to me a few years ago, i signed up and got into one of our best schools here in Croatia, i had to get this paper from my doctor confirming that i was healthy so i can join the school, i went there and when she asked me what school im going to so she can put it on the paper, i was stuck on the first letter of the school name, took 3 minutes then i just pulles out my phone and wrote it down. She says its ok bcs i cant control it, and thats its not unusual. Try to comfort the speaker next time you get into that situation, it was really comforting for me.
