When I do THIS I stutter much less... Adam's Apple I have noticed that if I "push down" the Adam's apple while I'm speaking, I stutter A LOT LESS. Does it happen to you too? When I don't speak I keep the Adam's apple relaxed. This trick helps me to control better my movements and in general I feel much more stable while I'm speaking. If I keep it tense for too long I tend to lose the sensitivity and the trick doesn't work anymore. Can you make a try?
