Curious on things you do to help with your stutter

Curious on things you do to help with your stutter I'm kind of new to this sub. But I'm so glad I found it, I never knew so many other people out there were suffering from this. What are some things that you do to help you not stutter as much and speak more fluently? I found out in my Jr High school years that running cross country track really helped. For some reason long distance cardio really calmed my speech down. I've used that most of life, cardio, yoga, etc... it seems physical exercise for me, helps my speech. I also take a multivitamin that is a stress B complex. I've taken it since I was in college and I can tell a difference if I don't take it every day. What are things that you do that you have found helpful in reducing the amount that you stutter?
