I think high school is the worst time for people who stutter, it certainly was for me. I was super quiet, had very few friends, and was generally thought of as a weirdo. I guess all I can say is does get better. Don’t be too hard on yourself and get support where you can, whether that be speech therapy, regular therapy, informal supports, etc. I do also think your parents need to be pulled into a meeting or something to address their lack of support of you - another reason to work with a third party (therapist, school counselor) to advocate for you.
