I was told by many employers and colleagues that my stutter made me seem honest and dependable and that was a huge asset. I was sent into situations to improve communication between troubled departments and companies. That honesty helped when I went into sales and project management. My stutter was a big part of my past success. The only suggestion is that interviews are nerve wracking so tell the HR people that you have a bit of a stutter in stressful situations, like interviews, but it calms down as you calm down. Telling them this also helps reduce your own stress as you've already revealed your fluency issues.
