I’m 44 and still stutter. I will say I’ve improved 10-fold since I was younger and the method that I use is quite common although somewhat not that popular or somewhat frowned upon. When I’m talking I know the words that I’m going to stutter on ahead of time so all I do is choose a synonym for the word I know I’m going to stutter on. If I know I’ll stutter on the word “cold” I’ll just substitute that with “freezing”. I wont stutter on “freezing” and the listener still understands the point I’m trying to make and they never knew I was about to stutter. Like I said, some people do frown upon this method but I find for me it works perfectly. So to each their own. As for your interviews you’re going to do awesome have confidence and find a method that works for you. We’ve all been in your shoes. You have support here.
