Does anyone else who stutters experience tourettic OCD?

Does anyone else who stutters experience tourettic OCD? Hello. 31 f here. Have been a stutter most of my life. My disfluency was more noticeable when I was a kid. It sort of calmed down with the confidence of adulthood (and after reading a book by Malcolm Fraser). I’ve always experienced face tightening and flinching with my stutters… however, during my mid 20’s the tics became more apparent and began happening without stutters. I experience a lot of retro embarrassment / shame over various things - like remembering an incident where I messed up or did something that later I cringe over (not usually stutter related) With these cringey moments, I experience motor tics. They’ve gotten worse over the last few years, to the point where now I have verbal tics as a response to these intrusive thoughts. I’ve sort of recognised that this feels a lot like how others describe tourettic OCD. I was wondering about the prevalence of this among other stutterers. Are these comorbid symptoms of my stutter, or is this an unrelated issue? It feels like it could all stem back to a form of social anxiety, however I wouldn’t call myself a particularly socially anxious person. I have no issue talking to other people, voicing my opinions in meetings or speaking aloud in front of a group. How many other PWS experience this?
