Your logic is obtuse. If this nerve is correlated to the cause of stuttering, it would have a very different effect from snapping your fingers. The left recurrent laryngeal nerve is a particularly vulnerable nerve WHICH POWERS SPEAKING in your chest. Can you not consider for a moment that this nerve is disrupting speech due to poor innervation?
