As stuttering is a much rarer condition that ADHD/autism then many people that don’t know much about it won’t really know what to say as to a degree they don’t have the knowledge or understanding to be able to relate. There’s nowhere near as much info on stuttering in the media in comparison to autism and general neurodivergence
