Can a person who has severe problem with stammering ( me ) do mba and become successful?

Can a person who has severe problem with stammering ( me ) do mba and become successful? I have a problem with stammering for pretty much all my life . In school days , during roll call , I would just raise my hand and not say “ present “ because I could not say it without stammering. Fast forward to today , just completed my bachelors in journalism and mass communication and now planning to take up mba . The reason I ask this question is recently I was denied an internship at a marketing agency because I was not “ confident “ of taking up a job . Surely if my stammering is preventing me from getting an entry level marketing internship ,there’s no way I can survive two years of MBA .
