Any good ways to tackle a stammer/stutter on your own without a speech therapist? A little context and history to my speech is that I have a pretty mild stammer and word block on certain sounds, it wasn't that bad during university and I was able to speak somewhat fluently (even during presentations) but it seems to have returned with a vengeance during the past two years of Covid (I think it's because my work (and university when I was still a student) switched to WFH and I didn't have to talk *as much* in general and talking to someone face to face in person became pretty rare). Anyways, speech therapy is unfortunately not an option right now as I'd have to pay out of pocket and I'd rather not spend that amount of money right now (some treatments in my city are in the thousands, and I have more important things to spend on right now). I've been prescribed on a number of SSRI's and other anxiety/depression meds in the past and they have worked to some extent in that I didn't feel as anxious (but the side effects were pretty bad as well), preferably I don't want to go back on them again but I'm willing to if it's the best option I have right now I'm just wondering if there's any other options for me like books, apps, devices, or guides that anyone here would recommend.
