Thank you so much! My summary: * 0:30: In certain situations, we can say anything * 1:00 Why do we depend on other people to say anything? (like picking up the phone, we get scared and block) Ask yourself: What happens if they are not there anymore? Why? * 2:00 We might speech up our speech right after getting out of a block to make up for the lost time, into the next stutter, we get out of the block again, speech up and block again, in an endless loop. Why do we continue this loop? * 3:00 If you truly love yourself, then that's gonna resonate with everything you do. Your body language you give off afterwards is gonna resonate far more than the act of tripping on mistakes. It's the great equalizer * 4:00 So, it's far better to look within. How comfortable are you with yourself? * 5:00 Once you get over something, then others are gonna mirror you * 7:00 You don't have to worry about anyone else. They are all thinking about themselves, like you are worrying about yourself * 7:50 So, focus on how you are feeling, not how others are feeling. So, turn around this perspective
