It depends on the giggle and person. Some people giggle because they find it cute or endearing (Especially girls), you can probably tell from the way they giggle or laugh. Often times I like this. If it´s a confident laugh or a fullblown laugh, then the person has no value to me whatsoever and anything the person says or thinks will be disregarded by me lol.
