i had 3 job interviews just this past week and i was soooo nervous for them. yeah, they were nerve-racking. but not nearlyyy as bad as i expected. i thought that i would stutter a lot more than i actually did. you will probably still stutter, but the more you do interviews the more you’ll gain confidence and they’ll get easier. personally, i always bring it up in the interview that i have a stutter because it is included on my resume that i am part of a university organization for stutterers. so i recommend disclosing your stutter! it just takes a lot of pressure off and people are more understanding than you think. interviewers i’ve had were really nice about it and would even give me kind words and assure me that’s it’s okay.
