I'm in the same boat, my friend. I interviewed for two jobs with a solar company that would pay close to 6 figures but I don't have the manufacturing experience. The pay would be great but it's a 24 hour operation and a start up facility so the stress would be high. I'd be happy if I got the job but I wouldn't be sad avoiding the work stress.
