Try diaphragmatic breathing before speaking. Breathe through your stomach, not your chest (shallow breathing), and on the exhale begin speaking. It will sound robotic at first but with practice, your natural style of speaking takes over. I want to wish you good luck, a happy new year and know that you are not alone.
