Cool. Since last 3-4 years, I have learned more about it: I think it's more like a PTSD+anxiety like disorder. Because whenever we stutter, subconsciously, past memories trigger the anxiety, causing us to tighten our speech muscles. In other words, our flight-freeze response gets triggered due to the fear of stuttering itself.
