I love that you are reaching to this community. I'm an SLP and love working with children who stutter - as everyone has mentioned already, finding a speech therapist who specializes in stuttering (west coast stuttering center comes to mind - not me, just a rec!) and/or a mental health therapist may do wonders in building her confidence.
