Some days I have to work so hard to stay fluent that I’m exhausted and others days I can just speak like I’ve never had a stutter in my life. It’s no different than some days my back is sore the moment I wake up and then other days I feel like I could do cartwheels (although I’d never actually try to do one at 46 years old). It’s just part of life, we have our good days and bad days, good weeks, months, years and bad ones.
