Damn man, sounds like you're really going through it right now. It always sucks because a lot of people can't see the fully effect a stutter has on you and they assume it's "just the way you speak" when there's so many other downsides that go along with it. I've had a super severe stutter all my life, and right now I'm 29, engaged, and have a graduate degree. But even still the other day I had the same thoughts as you, and no matter how positive you try to be, it still sucks, it's still a burden, and it still feels like you can't communicate. Despite you hating the advice here, I do have some... not all speech therapy is created equal. If what you're doing now isn't helping, do some research and find something that works better for you. That might be a good way to make improvements. Now the part you're definitely not going to like: there's no cure, it's never going away completely, and your best bet is to own it and let it be a part of you. The world can be a shit place with a lot of shit people. Unfortunately, the only way to deal with this is to get stronger, practice, and pull yourself out of it piece by piece. Angry? Use that to make improvements and do things other people don't think you're capable of.
