It's works for a little while. It never lasts. Benzos made my confidence go up, and I could speak 90% of the time, but eventually tolerance kicked in, and it stopped working. Sometimes, for a high stress thing, i would take a xanax. It's a thin line between helping and making a fool of yourself. It tends to make you say stupid things you'll regret later.
