Do you have a mantra or words of affirmation? It sounds cheezy, but I am in the middle of developing a mantra and was curious if (1) anyone has one and (2) if they'd be willing to share it. I'd love to get some inspiration for developing my own. For those wondering, "why a mantra", I am self-experimenting with this concept to have a quick mental reset when I start to feel really down on myself during periods of heavy stuttering like in job interviews or meeting new people. My hope is that instead of thinking "I'm awful, I hate myself, or people are judging me because of my stutter" I can replace it with words of self-love and self-care. I get this may not be for everyone, but happy to hear from anyone who's tried this and successfully implemented it.
