I've only ever actually had one job interview (successful, lucky me!) But I didn't disclose it because it's very obvious. By the time I'd said "hi, I'm [kiro] and I have a stutter so please be patient" they'd be very aware by the time I reached the k. I'd also mentioned it on a medical form prior to the interview so perhaps that counts as notifying them though.
